Record a meeting and share it

Hosts can start a recording from the meeting toolbar. All participants see a banner indicating the meeting is being recorded — this is required by law in many jurisdictions and we don't allow disabling it.

Recordings are processed for a few minutes after the meeting ends, then appear in Recordings. Open one to view the player, the transcript, the AI summary, and any chapters we detected.

Sharing

Click Share on a recording. You can copy a private link (visible only to your org) or generate a public share link with optional password and expiry. Public links can be revoked at any time from the same dialog.
