I can't join a meeting

Network, firewalls, browser support, host settings.

If the join page loads but you stay stuck on "Connecting…", you're usually being blocked at the network layer. Sierra Realtime's media uses UDP on ports 50000–60000 plus TCP/443 fallback. Corporate firewalls sometimes block UDP entirely — try a different network (mobile hotspot) to confirm.

If you see "This room requires you to sign in", the host disabled guest access. Ask them to re-enable guests, or sign in with the email they invited.
