Schedule a webinar

Set up registration, panelists, branding, and run-of-show.

Go to Webinars and click New webinar. Give it a title, scheduled time, and registration form — name + email is the default but you can add custom fields. Save to get a public registration URL.

Add panelists from the People tab; they receive a join link with elevated permissions. Attendees join with their registration token and start in listen-only mode.

Run of show

Use the Scenes editor to pre-arrange layouts (single-speaker, side-by-side, picture-in-picture, screen-share over speaker). Switch scenes during the live event with one click.
