After a webinar ends, the Analytics tab shows the registration → attendance funnel, average watch time, polls + Q&A engagement, and a heatmap of drop-off vs. duration.

Export a CSV from the top-right menu — one row per registrant with all responses and engagement metrics, suitable for importing to your CRM. The same data is available via the REST API if you want to push it into a warehouse.
